David brings nearly two decades of experience in mergers & acquisitions, strategic deal structuring, and financial planning to help Florida business owners sell their companies with confidence and discretion. David specializes in guiding service-based business owners through successful, stress-free exits—maximizing value while protecting confidentiality every step of the way.

Prior to joining Signature Commercial Real Estate, LLC, David led multi-million-dollar transactions in corporate finance and investment banking, managing complex equity rollovers, debt placements, and private business sales. He holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation, a Florida real estate license, and FINRA Series 7 & 63 certifications.
